“Summary: good for anyone looking for a workspace. Brand new and pretty neat looking. Got coworking studios, and apartments for rent. Still a few finishing touches left, coffee for example. This is the second building of the IT company Enouvo. It contains their new offices, co-working/living spaces. Their old building is just down the street and has been remade for coworking only (including studios). Workspace = many seats, lots of space, large tables. Interior = black and yellow colored interior, concrete walls and floors, kind of industrial style, balcony up top with great view. Location = good walk from anywhere east of the river, very calm area, VN and Korean restaurants nearby, not far to closest convenience store. Air / sound = quite open spaces, air con, lots of fans. Somewhat loud from all the fans. Staff = accommodative, knows enough English for conversation, eager to tell about the new place.”

“Such a great atmosphere! I stayed there for 2 months, both Coworking and Coliving. It’s perfect for getting work done, amazing view from the roof top, space for yoga and training, cafe at the first floor + super friendly and helpful staff. Just a perfect mixture. Would definitely stay with them if in Danang again!”

“We (a couple) stayed a month and a week at Enouvo in a studio apartment and also used the open space. We had a great experience. The apartments are brand new and clean. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. The neighborhood around Enouvo is quiet which was perfect for us and there’s also a mall nearby. We definitely recommend Enouvo to anyone looking for a coworking co-living space in Da Nang. When we left they gave us a farewell gift which was greatly appreciated.”
